Powder blue tang popeye

I have this powder blue tang for over 1 year and is currently treating all fish for an outbreak of ich with Cupramine. All fish has been in Cupramine for 3 weeks now while leaving the display tank fishless. All fishes are eating well including this powder blue. The powdeR blue has develop cloudy eye in one of it’s eye and I am treating it with Kanaplex. Is it an appropriate treatment? Do you think it is caused by injury or something else?
