Powder Blue Tang Swimming Vertical

I feel so bad I accidentally mixed up my salt and RODI buckets and put too much RO water in my QT tank. I didnt notice until a day later when I saw my powder blue tang is swimming vertical/face down. The salinity was 1.003 will he die? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Swim Bladder disorder is usually the cause of head down tail up swimming. Many do not recover.
Treating the fish in a 60 minute bath of methylene blue sometimes helps the fish to recover.
