Powder Blue Tang

I am new to this and I have a powder blue tang with what almost looks like a scab on his nose but I'm not sure what it is and how to treat it. The picture is not great but it shows it somewhat.

Has he been fighting with others? I think to treat you would have to remove and treat with antibotics in a quaratine tank. Hopefully it will heal on its own.

He might of just rubbed it against somethign ,Id just keep eye on it and see if it will heal on its own b4 doing anything
I think he will be ok, What other fish you have in there

New looking was due to the rock looks dry
