my tangs love meaty foods such as clams mussels shrimp and salmon. That could help entice him to eat more and fatten up.

Man I wish I saw this before you got that ich magnet. I have a nice size PBT that has been absolutely bulletproof since I got him (2yrs). .Prime specimen ..peppy grazing machine ..that never slows down ..outgrowing my 75 now ...needs a rehome to a bigger tank..

So the fish is fine eating well happy as a fish can be in a box.
I'm about ready to move him to a bigger box my only worry is my purple tang
I've tried catching to purple to move him and let the powder blue settle but the purple is unwatchable

I had issues when I added the scopas the purple wasn't happy with it the mirror trick worked with them
