That's called "glass surfing" and can be a sign of general stress, or no real issue at all. Are you seeing ANY other symptoms? Not eating well, nipped fins, rapid breathing?

I see a fish following its reflection and having a great time. If you turn whites down, you should see it slow down.
For the future, please post pics and video under white lighting for best clarity

I had the same issue. They want to fight all day lol. I let the algae grow on the sides of my tank to block reflection. Also could black them out.
