Powder blue white patches , not ich

Can anyone tell me what that is?
Long established reef, had the fish for years.
Recent addition: a copperband that has a little lymph (most of my fish had some recently then went away)
Same type of fluffy white lesion on fin.
Fish acting normal

Looks like an infection to me. Kanaplex and furan-2 would be my drugs of choice of you can qt him.

Could be Lymphocystis? Does it look like cauliflower florets growing on the fins and skin? Its a harmless virus. If its flat and looks like a lesion rather than a growth, it could be a bacterial infection.

However, I am not an expert so my suggestion is not a diagnosis, so its just something to look into.

Lympho can show up in multiple places. I had a Kole that got it in QT and it was on a fin, her tail and body. Went away after a few weeks. From what I have read, it doesn't harm them, kind of like herpes, lol.

Again, it could be that, but not sure what else it could be which could require action. It doens't look like ich or velvet, so that's good.

That's a virus. It should go away on its own. Butterflies are notorious for carrying it. You can thank your copperband.
