Powder brown has stopped eating?

I’ve had this fish for several years and has always been healthy. Tank is an 8 ft long frag tank and water conditions are all good. I noticed two weeks ago it was spending its time swimming back and forth repeatedly most of the day. I’ve not added any new fish and the pb looks better in coloration then it ever has but losing weight fast. It will just hang out in one spot and not really leave. It’s weak enough I can pick the fish up by hand. At this point I think I will move it to a 20 gallon qt tank to eliminate anything environmental. Any other suggestions?
