Powder brown tang not eating

I have a 210 gallon marine tank that I added a powder brown tank to a few weeks ago and I am having difficulty getting him to eat. I have tried mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, formula two frozen and dried algae with all of this food soaked in garlic and still no luck. Any suggestions?

Same. Fairly new Powder Brown Tang, and it won't eat anything. Tried six different foods including frozen, freeze dried, nori, and pellets. Only fish that won't eat. Not sure what to do about it, but it has to be starving, it hasn't ate in five days now.
