Ive had my Powder Brown for 3 weeks now and 2 days ago I noticed some discoloration on her face and maby some white dots? She was acting skiddish several days ago but is acting normally now. The discoloration hasn't gotten worse from what I can tell. She is the biggest fish in the tank and she doesn't get bullied. Is my mind playing tricks on me or is there something wrong with her? I do NOT have a quarantine tank or any meds except for an algae killer that I've never used (It has copper in it). I have attached a short video of her please pay attention to her face and Gil area. Is she normal or does she have something?

Can’t open video but these fish are prone to both ich and velvet
Treatment is the same for both using copper safe or copper power for a full 30 days at treatment level 2.25-2.5 monitored by a reliable copper test kit such as Hanna brand
Other fish in display likely infected and too will require treatment
Leave the display fishless for 6/8 weeks and any coral and inverts can safely remain in the display tank
Increase water quality and monitor ammonia levels during treatment

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

I was able to view the video. The tang is a bit thin and may have some black spot disease (turbellarian worms). The erosion around the fish may be from abrasions, and I also see some possible ich trophonts.

You may want to treat it for flukes with Prazipro - that is at least a reef safe medication. If it does have ich, your treatment options without a QT are going to be really limited.
