Power brown surgeon fish with ick

My power brown has ich and he is the only one in the tank with it and has been for a couple weeks now. Everyone else is doing great and so is he. Have had an ich outbreak months ago and have 4 fish that survived it. Everything has been great until I got the pbt. He eats like crazy when I feed. Mysis,pellets, flakes, frozen and the like. Also loves the nori I put in every day.
Just wondering if this can be managed because there is no way I can get all the fish out to qt.
