Power Compacts

Would two 10 watt 50/50 power compacts above a 10g tank be enough for acans, torches, hammers, duncans, palythoa, leathers, acropora?

Not acropora, it will live but you'll not get the coloration, growth and polyp extension. I would stick to the soft corals such as Mushrooms/Corallimorph, easy Leathers/Sarcophyton, Sinularia...You could try an Acan or another stony coral.
