I have my power head controller units mounted to the wall on the side of my tank and now that I've added my first fish, I learned that clowns do not have eyelids so they need complete dark to sleep. I am now curious if my power head control units are interfering with the clowns ability to sleep as the red sea reefwave controller has some strong red lights on it, and the jebao controller has some more subtle deep blue lights on it. When I stand on the opposite side of the tank from the controllers I can see a decent amount of light shining through the tank just from those controller units. I see that many people say fish can't see red but only as shade of gray, but I am still wondering if this would cause them stress at night as even a brighter gray tone is more light than pitch dark?

If there is too much light the fish will swim around and not go to sleep. If they find a spot and stay there when the lights are out theres probably not too much light and they are sleeping. My fish all have there own spot they go to when the lights go out.
