Power head help.

Need some help. I think I messed up. I’m using a maxspect 330 in my tank The tank is innovative marine sr60 shallow reef. I have the pump cut down to 20% and I feel it’s way to much movement. Display is about 49 gal add the rock and sand I’m guessing 10-15 gal less. Any clue what I should be using.

Being a mixed reef. I see some of my lps not as open as they should and I can see the pressure blowing on their skin. I shut it down and they open better
