Power head help

I have a 5 gallon tank for a single clown fish .. and the power head I have is too strong for this little guy, does anyone know where I can get a good power head for my 5 gallon tank

The smallest I could find moves about 240 gallons an hour which is probably too much flow. would an air stone work to keep the water moving? I have the Sicce below in a 13 gallon frag tank and the flow is pretty gentle, if you put on the back and directed it at a side of the aquarium it might work, but could still potentially be too much flow.

Get a maxijet 400. Very gentle flow for my 10 gallon quarantine tanks.
They come with attachments to make them into a powerhead.

So would I be able to angle the one I have now against the side and it would help ?
