Power head placement

I have a 60x30x24 185 gallon tank and need help with power head placement. I have dual returns that are pumping the water the back bottom of the tank and have 1200 GPH return iwaki and for power heads I have an mp40 and 2 wp40 power heads. Were should I placed them for best performance and what modes. Also my tank is bare bottom.

I would put one on each end about 5 inches down. I would direct one slightly to the front and one slightly to the rear of the tank.

Place them on each side and make sure they are moving flow on top of tank.

Ok so put the wp40s on each side and what about the mp40

Place that one in the back center of the tank. Pointing straight out, towards the front.

Ok cool should I do full flow on all of them or full flow on the two on the side and reef crest mode on the one in the back of the tank or left side full flow and ride side wave mode and back of the tank reef crest mode

Full flow on the sides, or wave modes, and your crest or half flow on the back.
