Opinions will vary here but I would suggest getting what is in your budget. I don't have any knowledge on the ones you are interested in but they look like they would be ok. Personally, I am not a fan of cords inside the main display and this is why I use something different.

I have the CP-40 on one side of my 220 and two hydor 1500s on the other side, and it is pretty good... My 220 has 5/8" glass, so get something rated for your glass, the hydors have fallen off many times due to their magnets not being rated for glass that thick.

The theory I use with my flow is to have static flow on one end, with the random flow on the other. This seems to be a good combination; although I can't say I noticed the difference from when I had four hydors (static flow).

I also dislike the noise from these random flow devices, they are so powerful, you can hear them wind up and down. Apparently the high end devices also produce a sound.
 
I have 2 of the jabeo gyre knock offs and 2 of the jabeo mp40 knock offs and love them.
