Just make sure your garage door is open if the car is in the garage! Lol
Yeah for sure! No use in trying to save the tank if you're just going to succumb to monoxide poisoning ;Facepalm;Shamefullyembarrased

I had a power outage over 15 hours (January in UK).

It was planned so knew it was happening but this is what i did.

Wrapped tank in foil and put towels over top.

Bought a spare car battery and car battery invertor with plug sockets. Hooked up low watt wave maker and toggled heater. Ie id run it for an hour then disconnect it for an hour .

After everything returned to normal i charged up battery and its in shed for when i need it next.

There is a slight difference in the sinwave that car batteries produce but everything was ok that i hooked up to it.

Another thing you can do in a pinch is get a power inverter for your car and run an extension cord to run a powerhead. I've done that before. Just start the car every once and a while so you dont drain the battery to the point the car wont start.
You sir are brilliant i have a generator but i also have an inverter in my truck its diesel with 2 batteries i can run forever lol
