We are in Miami Beach and had to evacuate. Power out for two days and counting. Have gas generator running return pumps and chiller. Any recommendations? Should I do a water change. Have plenty of ro/di

I'm sorry about your circumstance ;Sorry

I'd want to hold my flow, temp and keep the oxidation up with an air pump and air stone.

Other's "Please" feel free to add in your thoughts and incite :)

Regards, GoVols

Will keep air stones running. We had evacuated so no generator until earlier today.

Sure, that won't hurt anything. But if things are ok right now maybe wait till you've got power. A large water change could disturb the system of its just hanging on. I don't know though, don't know your system.

Husband is upset that I can't figure out how to get the lights on. I have ai 26's. One old one and five prior generation. I have a generator.

We have sps that had just started to thrive.

Still powerless in miami.[emoji30] Running just main pump in three set ups. The good thing is I got a great supply of seawater close by. Gonna do a good water change tonight.

All of the fish alive. Corals seem ok. Color good. Polyp extension better each day. Thank you so much for your help.
