It is very unusual in my area to have a power outage, and if there is one, i rely on my generator. however, today during the 7 hour power outage, the generator broke, and i have no emergency setups on 40 g. luckily, my gf brought me her portable aerator with air stone and all the 3 fishes and the cleaner shrimp i have on the tank survived, the corals seemed unhappy but nothing died. after the power outage, and the pump turned on, the tank gets very cloudy, and I immediately did 50% WC. the cloudiness seemed to fade, but it is still fairly cloudy. i don't have any ammonia test kit currently, and would take like 3 days to order them online. could it be an ammonia spike? or is it just some debris flying all over the tank or bacteria blooming? FYI the tank doesn't smell at all unlike ammonia spike during cycling. Thank you
