I came home from a weekend vacation and my pumps were off due to a black out. next morning some corals weren't opening up! All the fish look great but I'm a bit concerned for the corals.

PMs:
Ph: 7-8 ppm
Alkalinity: 9-10 ppm
Calcium: 420 ppm
Phosphate: 0.25 ppm
Nitrate: 10-20 ppm
Salinity: 1.25

Any help greatly appreciated.

Parameters look to be in check. Make sure you are keeping an eye on temperature too. That would be a big factor if there was a large swing. Glad to hear the fish are okay.
In summary your corals should be fine. In nature they could be without light for days due to severe storms passing over the reefs.

If the fish lived, it’s likely the corals will be fine assuming you got everything going again. I have battery backups on a couple powerheads that you might want to think about.

Could you show me a link to those?
I use these for my vortech pumps
