Power Outage Question

I am 7 weeks into a fishless cycle. While at work today, my neighborhood had a power outage. Power was out for 6 hours and the water temp dropped to 72.8 degrees. Does anyone, or everyone agree I probably lost my bacteria; therefore, I'll need to reseed the tank with Dr. Tim's (or similar product), and start the cycle all over?

I'll note that I'm thankful I haven't placed a fish or a coral in the tank yet. In addition, I did purchase a generator just in case this ever happens again.
