My power has been out for more than seven hours I don't have a generator what I have is a bubble maker and I've been stirring the water every hour any other ideas

Also, if you have a DC power head (ecotech, jebao etc), a car battery will be able to operate it (old car battery, old ups battery)... If not, and things get really dire and you don't want to get a generator, I would do one of two things:
1) Go to best buy and get a UPS and power only the powerhead
2) Go to best buy and get an inverter, power it from the car lighter and power an AC powerhead you might have.

All you need for a short term power outage is gas exchange so the water can get oxygenated.

Can you get a long extension cord and use the DC to AC converter and start the car to power the power heads?
shopping

Can you get to a LFS, or fishing tackle shop? They both usually have a battery powered air pumps.

All you need for a short term power outage is gas exchange so the water can get oxygenated.
you do also need flow.

air line tubing from battery pump (wal mart sometimes too) in a piece of pvc. bubbles go up pulling water making flow.
