Power supply for Apex basic module

Looking for a power supply for my Apex Basic Module. I have the Apex gold System . My problem is trying to do a Firmware upgrade when my Apex system is down in the basement and my computer desktop is three floors up. I know that if you purchase the Basic module alone it comes with the power supply. I looked at the Neptune website to no avail. I do not want to take it all apart just to do a firmware upgrade. Thanks for the help.

I am confused as to why you need the power supply? To do firmware updates, I believe you just need the module to be physically plugged into your network, unless I am misunderstanding what you are trying to do?

Are you trying to update the fw without the EB8? The Apex use a standard 12v DC 5mm barrel jack, look around the house see if you can find one. If not, try eBay or Amazon..
