Joining the club. After 2 weeks dosing, I've got great PE. How about its effect on PO4?

PO4 has been steady at .03
At least in my case this amino acid has worked great in my reef. I have been dosing per day 7ml in my 240gal.

What time of the day is everybody dosing? During the photoperiod? After the lights go off?

Amino acids need to be dosed during the day time, corals feed them self during night but don't take up AA.
I dose at 1pm 7.5 ml everyday.

I dose during the day time hours. That's when my corals absorb and respond actively.

Been using for 4 weeks. 180 gal sps reef. Dose 30ml once a week in the dark. No noticable effects yet

Try dosing during the daytime during its photo period. You will probably have better results.

Been using now for 1 1/2 months 20mL a week for 120gal during the day with good results. I do notice a little browning do to the Amino Acid so will cut the delivery in half am pm schedule.

Dose during daytime and you'll see results.
Try to check your potassium too, if that's low AP will have no effect.
Btw, this stuff is going to prove it self on my new Jaw Dropper from SC.

So you are saying it needs phosphate to work?

I have the same question so in a low phosphate tank (SPS) this wouldn't work? From the label it's ideal for sps and low nutrition tanks.

No, I said that you have to check your potassium level if that's correct.
Most reef tanks lacking the right potassium levels.
If your potassium is low it doesn't matter what you dose.
It's like dosing ALK and CAL and not having the right amount of MAG in your water, than ALK and CAL would not bond to be taken by you corals.
