just got a 29g biocube and need help choosing a good powerhead. i'd like the flow of it to concentrate toward the backside of the aquarium as that's where i'll be placing my live rock with mostly soft corals. so i'm guessing it needs to have a wide spread? and i'm uncertain of how much gph i should be looking for.

any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks.

--EDIT--
there's also currently a coralife s-1000 replacement pump in there with 265gph. i also have a tom dive power 40 pump that came with the tank from the previous owner (just the bare pump. i've tried looking for replacement parts for it but nothing doing)

I have an Vortech MP10 in my tank of similar size, adjustable and a few preset programs which works well...
