looking to setup a QT tank for a powder blue and yellow tang. I have a 40g Breeder, aquaclear 70 and was looking for a powerhead. Looking for suggestions.
Was looking at the jebao wavemakers vs korallia vs other
Any suggestions or recommendations
Thanks

I have both koralia heads as well as wavemakers. I have the larger koralia hydor pumps and then i have a few jebao pp8, pp4, as well as sw-4. I prefer the jebao overall. The sw series is the new style pump however will still connect with the old style on the sync setting. The hydors were way too loud for my liking turning on and off. I had the controller you can buy for it and ended up returning it. My fish would literally freak out and jump every time they turned on and off. The jebao pumps are nice and quiet and have a ton more speed/functionality settings. It's a hands down jebao for my vote.

Typically a AT tank should not use a powerhead. I use airstone and UV Sterilizer

I use the cheapest Chinese garbage I can find for my quarantine tanks. I aim them high just in case a bacterial bloom occurs quickly in quarantine with meds. I also have a bubbler in each of my quarantines as an extra insurance policy against bacterial blooms eating up oxygen abruptly.
