Powerhead for reefer 250

Hi reef2reef! I have a reefer 250 with some lps and some anemones. I would like a recommendation for some powerheads. I was thinking about trying out the nero 5 but decided not to cause of the issues with the magnet. I heard they don’t stay put.

Depending on the length I would go with an mp10 if under 4 foot and if it’s over 4 foot an mp40 would be great, they are awesome pumps

If I recall correctly the glass on the reefer 250 is too thick for the MP10’s. Therefore the MP40 might be a better candidate.

Mp10 sticks on a Reefer 250. I run 2 without issues.

In all seriousness I’m running (2) AI Nero 5’s and they are great pumps
