Powerhead for Sump suggestions please

I had a hydor nano powerhead in my refugium. Then I added some large pieces of LR and need something more powerful to help keep the rocks clean.

What do you suggest on the budget/cheap side that will do well for me? nothing too big either

Although myself, I don't like too much flow in there as hat means it's sending that back up to the DT.
The next size up is about $15

The 12v ones are also such low voltage /amperage it can go on a battery back up and keep the sump alive just in case.
