Powerhead help

I have a 16 gallon biocube would a power head rated at 700 gph be too much for my tank? It's the only thing that's in stock at the moment.

I have 1 clown fish and 1 watchman goby and some corals (zoas, candy canes and mushrooms)

What's the max and min on those. I have the wp10 and wp25. And I can't get them to go that slow.

I have use it in my 20 gl and works good minimum velocity i do not how many galón per hr but works goodi can see the movement my corals and increase or decrease the power
