Powerhead help??!??

Hi everyone so I was between the maxspect xf330 and icecap gyre 3k before but now I’m also thinking of the ai nero 5 and I’m just not sure what would be the best? the tank is 80 gallons 48x24x16 and it is going to be a frag tank with mostly just lps and softies.

With those in mind flow should be on the lower side.
Even an inexpensive Korilia would do it.
