Powerhead help

evening all,


was thinking about the vortech but really cannot aford it, so was loking at getting 2 x Hydor Koralia Evolution 2800's (have a 270l tank that is 70cm x 70cm x 70cm which will have corals) will this give me enough flow (with the return pump)

Also thought then when i get a bit more cash then maybe adding a Hydor SmartWave Controller does anyone have any thoughts on this bit of kit

sorry for not replying earlier it looked like no responses. but as smokey states 27.5"x27.5"x27.5" or 70x70x70cm

I've had nothing but problems with those pump's myself. They don't start, or start backwards, and you can't fit your finger in them to start up correctly.
