Powerhead in qt?

I'm about to start treating some fish for velvet in a 20 gallon qt. Currently I have a hob filter. Should I use a powerhead as well to mix the copper or will the hob be good enough? Thx

I run a small power head in my 20g long QT with 2 HOB filters so I’d say do it. I have no issue all so. I like to have more O2 exchange so why not.

I went with an over sized (for the tank) HOB and then added an air stone for the additional boost to the oxygen, we'll see how that works out.
