Powerhead placement advice?

Look at both sides of the surface of the water. There’s lots of junk but they are getting pushed to the corners, meaning they can’t make it to the overflows. It looks like there can be improvement made.

I have four powerheads, two on each side. I’d appreciate advice on how to remedy this.

id aim your return nozzles to the top corners maybe.. give it a whirl.. ripple that top!

edit: either that or move your power heads up a bit... 2 inch off water level.. get the water moving....
 
i do, what i can do, when i can do... and i havent been back in the reef hobby for like 12 years.. its fun and a journey lol
I’m glad you are getting back into the hobby. It’s definitely one of my greatest pleasures.

could also try placing 2 of the pumps on the back wall facing the front glass.
