Anyone know how to program an oulet to turn on 1 hour and off one hour? And is it possible to turn that outlet off for certain hr of the night?

What controller are you using? The programming language is a bit different on each type.

I believe this will work, but I'm sure some of the controller gurus will chime in...

Fallback OFF
Set OFF
OSC 60:00/60:00/0 Then ON
If Time 20:00 to 23:00 Then OFF

Just substitute the "20:00" for the time that you'd like the pump to shut off and the "23:00" for the time that you'd like the cycle to start again.

Just a note... the powerhead probably won't turn on right away. The Apex starts the Oscillation (OSC) code at midnight, and I'm not sure if it will have to cycle through to midnight before the coding takes effect. It may start working immediately, but I can't remember off the top of my head.

Work like a champ. I substitute the 23:00 for what ever time I wanted to start test ran it last night. Thanks again for the help.

Good to hear! What type of powerheads are you using? Just a warning, constant restarting of powerheads is rough on them and usually shortens their life a bit.

Perfect.
