Powerhead recommendations for a 25g lagoon

I’ve been running a icecap gyre on my 25g lagoon but the flow has been too much and very little variation. Any recommendations for a new powerhead for this size tank? Thanks!

Nero 3s would be good. I ran a couple on my 25g cube

I use two Hygger mini's on my 25 lagoon. Just one cranked isn't enough. So I run one across the back at 100% and one pointed towards the front half power. But my tank is SPS only. If you are going mixed or lps/softie, one would be plenty.
