I have a 24 gallon tank And I was looking to get a powerhead for it I have pretty decent circulation honestly just with my built-in sump but I was curious how many gallons per hour should I need for a 24 gallon

I guess it depends on the corals you want to keep. I have a Vortech Mp10 and Aqamai kps parallel to each other on my 25g AIO. I even upgraded the return pump to a Sicce and felt like that wasn't enough for the mixed reef I want to achieve.

I'd recommend one Mp10 for now- it's expensive, but I think it's well worth it. In the future I want to replace my Aqamai with another Mp10.

I hope that helps.

I currently have one glove polyp or clove polyp one of the two and I have a goniopora

You’ll more than likely need a powerhead later down the road.
look at some product reviews on youtube and perhaps go to a fish store to maybe see one you’re interested in action.
