Powerheads and skimmers?? Recommendations?

I'm looking to add some powerheads and a skimmer to my 60 gallon tank. I don't want to spend a lot and I know there are less expensive options. It's a FOWLR setup no corals.

If it's fowlr, I'd use an eshopps psk-100. They make an in sump version and a hang on back.

For power heads, I would get two koralia 850gph, one on each side. This will help stir up any detritus and waste.
