Ok guys/gals, in an ideal world what powerhead would this be? Not too pricey, minimalistic design (doesn't take up much space), good flow and movement creators.

I've looked into wave makers but don't want to spend too much on them +powerheads

I have just put Jaebo WP40's in my tank. They are doing a great Jim. I have one making the wave action and the other on reef crest mode. Lots of random flow in the tank. The plus side is that they are $80 each.

They have nearly all the features of the MP40's at a fraction of the cost.

aceer, how big is your tank? Do you have any return flow from a sump? How much? And what do you have , or plan to have in the tank (zoas, softies, lps, sps)?
I have 4 Jebao wp25's spread over 3 tanks. The 2 in my 180g work at opposite ends and alternate times for 6 hours with an overlap for 2 hours. So it creates kind of a tidal flow effect. I have 1 in my 70g hexagon anemon tank and 1 in my 55g QT/local stock tank. You just can't bet them for the price. I think we are getting them for $79 delivered in our local club group buy of Jebao pumps.

Having owned Maxijets, modified propeller type Maxijets, Penguins, Rios, Seios, Koralias, Sicce Voyagers, Evolutions and now Jebao WP's I really like the new Jebaos. Good price point, quiet, powerful and a great controller. Time will tell on the reliability but I expect good things out of them.

I currently have a 40 breeder with a return pump (about 300ghp) and a 400ish GPH power head on the other side of the tank to circulate flow. I have quite a few zoas, star polys, and polys and am going to stick mainly to zoas and softies. I might have to check out those Jebao's. I've heard quite a lot of good things about them; just wanted to check with my fellow reefers opposed to reading through tons and tons of reviews on the web.

Thank for the help Reefman!
