PowerHeads for a Tall tank

hey guys! what do you suggest for flow in a 18×18×24 (29gallon Tall tank)

how many GPH for 2 powerheads and where do you suggest placing them?

I have softies right now but eventually want to add some SPS.
also do you think a Viparspectra light will
be okay for that?

currently moved all my equipment from my 20 gallon long and I feel like the flow isn't cutting it!
I have 2 425GPH powerheads right now.
