Powerheads without cords in tank?

was curious what some other powerheads that can be controlled and have no wires in the tank. I can only seem to think about EcoTech. Any others? Looking to add flow to my tank but don’t want to have wires inside.

This was just listed. $300 each and only a couple of months use.
