What kind of powerhead do you have? Some are super customizable. All but the very cheapest should at least allow you to alter the amount of flow.

If possible, it would be ideal to get a controllable wavemaker. Corals like varied flow. Something like the "Jebao OW Wave Maker Flow Pump with Controller for Marine Reef Aquarium" would be a good budget choice.
