PPE growing second skirt???

One of our PPE frags is growing a second skirt. It's very odd anyone else have anything like this happen? Here are some pictures of it.

I don't know I just know they are PPE i don't know what all those other letters mean.

I just fraged these they looked crappy for a couple of days. They are just getting there colors back. I was told they were PPE's but if you don't think they are please tell me so I know for the future. Thanks guys!

Here are some more pictures. I am glad that I am not the only one. It's really cool to watch it over a few days. Some of these pictures arn't the clearest sorry.
