You really should contact Juice...I was over yesterday and can tell you he has a frag ready to go....you will NEVER find better service before, during and after the sale....Great seller, and Great Aquaculturalist....

Looks like this coral grows pretty fast, everyone who has it seems to have a mini-colony!!

JZ, looks like you may be hitting it with too much light. Move it down or to the side, and maybe partially shaded for a bit and it should start to color up for you. This coral can change a bit depending on conditions, but looks best with the bright purple, green, and blue IMO.

It seems to like direct light, but lower in par - around 2-300 is where I have it with mh's.....
DARK purple and bright green color...

Certainly does not look like an Echino or Mycedium - more like a favia or possibly even a blasto. Could be a bit of marketing, who knows...

Whatever it is, I'll pay the market value of $225 for 1 eye of this thing. Anyone have a piece? All I ask is a WYSIWYG pic, and that it has had time to heal after you frag it.

It's probably best & easiest to get it directly from R.Negret...I just got a 1 eye frag...although still a little small, crossing my fingers that it'll grow fast like everyone's been stating...
