PPT to SG charts or calculators?

I'm used to measuring my salinity in SG, so I know my ranges there, but my new conductivity probe only measures in PPT. So...if I'm getting a reading of 32.1, what is that in SG? What is a good range for PPT? Any charts or calculators that are helpful?
