This looks like someone’s Christmas gift. And what a great time of year to set up a tank. Hey! look there are the gate valves!! :p

That looks clean but I dont see any gate valves and the sections between unions seem long. Seems to me that would be awkward to remove and put sections back in for cleaning or maitenance
This was my first time ever plumbing in a sump it was cool to learn as I go.

I agree 100% this picture was from another members build currently at the same stage as you. It was a visual picture of what I drew earlier. If you notice how the pipes are run entirely above eachother. This saves you a TON of space under the tank and stand area. Yes I think it needs more unions and obviously a gate valve. But he is not at that stage yet, just the very beginning of the rough plumbing stage. If you look in the box in the photo you can see the gatevalves ready to go :)
 
Maybe it's already mentioned somewhere ...
I recommend attaching the return line to the stand to take the weight off that bulkhead
