Prazi in sps tank

i just went fallow for 78 days. I have a blue tang, purple tang, malnaurus wrasse, 2 clowns, 1 potters angel. All other fish look great and so when I placed blue tang in display tang he was looking great and now he has like 7 to 8 spots of Black Ich. He was very hard to catch when I went fallow so I am leaning towards using prazipro. I have a lot of sps, some higher end frags so I am not sure how it will go. I was thinking about just cleaning sand bed really well every 6 days and hope he does not get reinfected. He is still eating like a horse and acting perfectly normal. I think the wrasse is keeping them at a very low population which that explains why they are in there because I read they can be in the longer than the fallow period. So what do you guys think I should do ride it out, try to catch him, or use prazipro in tank with a ton of sps? Thanks for all your help.

Is the blue tang new or did you have him in QT during the 78 day fallow period? If the latter, black ich should have shown up long before now. Maybe post some pics??

I will try to take some pictures tonight. Yes he was in qt and I did 30 days of Coppersafe checked it constantly with Hanna copper test kit along with prazi pro treatment which was 2 rounds. There was never any signs of Black Ich on him before.
