Prazi OD in QT

I had 2 heni’s and a yellow watchman goby in my 29 G QT. Confirmed flukes by doing a FW dip and started prazi. Well, after finished up first prazi treatment (5 days), I did 20-25% water change and redosed
Prazi. Everyone looked good last night and ate well.
I got up this AM and one of the heni’s is dead, no warning. Also the little watchman goby is swimming along the water column, never has done that before, acting strange. Both fish did eat this AM. Prazi OD perhaps?
I am making RO water for an emergency water change.
Btw the ammonia alert badge is in the good range. I have a bubble filter, a HOB filter running and just added an addition air stone for the time being. Any ideas?

Adding the air was a good move. A powerhead aimed up at the surface where it is actively rippling the water's surface provides the best O2 exchange.
Prazipro contains a chemical, Oxybispropanol to help keep the praziquantel in solution. The Oxybis uses oxygen from the water column. And sometimes, depending on the size of the tank, number of fish, etc., it creates a dangerous low level of O2.

In addition to the air stone, I'd consider adding a small powerhead too.

Ok, so I cut the 2nd round of prazi short, but kept it in for more than 24 hours before running carbon and doing a water change. Now I’ve been ramping up the CP slowly (7day period). I’m on the 3rd day and I come home to find that the heni has Popeye again. Just one eye so I’m sure he’s flashing on the pvc.
should I do another FW dip? I did one before the prazi treatment. Could he have flukes again because I cut the second dose of prazi short?
