Prazi pro question!

Just finished Quarantining my fish that had ich. Did 45 days of copper at 2.5ppm then 20 days of observation/no copper.
Purchased prazi pro and wanted to know if I can dose my DT instead of my quarantine tanks (been 65 days and can’t wait any longer lol) in the tank is just a couple frogspawn and torches.
The bottle says to perform water change after adding prazi pro and not to sure how big of a water change would be needed in my 80g.

You can. I've used it without doing a water change. I just put my carbon back in the tank.
