I have a 55g QT with a yellow watchmen, female blue star leopard, heniocus, flame angel, whitetail bristletooth tang, male bluethroat trigger and naso (All fish are small 3" or less and tank was seeded with a 8x8x1 marine pure block) I have decided to treat the tank with coppersafe since multiple fish were flashing a lot and I suspect ich. This is day 2 as I slowly ramp up the dosage to 2ppm over 14 days since I feel the fish adjust better to this. I have also noticed a few fish "shaking" their heads due to possible flukes. I was going to treat with 2 rounds of prazi post copper but wonder if I should do this first and then start copper after treating with prazi or keep dosing copper as I do the prazi. I have read a lot of conflicting stuff about dosing both at the same time and know its not advisable to mix meds but can/should I do it here? What would be the best thing to do?

You could do a FW dip to confirm flukes. I've run both at the same time, but you could get a bacterial bloom. As your copper dosage is low right now might not be as much of an issue. Just something to keep an eye on if you run both.

^^ This. Give one of the fish shaking it's head a 5 min FW dip: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/freshwater-dip.248898/

If flukes show, treat with Prazipro. If no flukes, proceed with raising the copper.

Humble what are your feelings on doing both coppersafe and prazipro at the same time?

You will likely be fine mixing the two; just watch out for a bacterial bloom (cloudy water) and provide additional gas exchange to compensate for the possibility of reduced O2 from a bloom occurring.

And always have freshly mixed SW on hand to do an emergency WC just in case the water gets too cloudy and fish are huffing & puffing.
