So I started my first dose of PraziPro today before realizing 2 hours later I still had my carbon reactor running. The last time I changed my carbon was 5 weeks ago so I’m sure it’s pretty full. Is the treatment wasted? If so what should I do?

Continue with Prazi treatment. Day eight you are going to be doing a water change and adding one more full dose to last an 8 day period. You can safely add 1ml to restore any lost if you wishSo I started my first dose of PraziPro today before realizing 2 hours later I still had my carbon reactor running. To add to it it is a 150 gallon with 100 gallons of water volume so I dosed a total of 16 ml (4teaspoons). Is 1ml enough to compensate for the loss?Continue with Prazi treatment. So while doing this you leave the skimmer offline the entire 24 days? Well, on but the cup just over flowing I should say.. curious as I picked some of this up and was gonna give it a shot as I have 2 fish flashing the sand.. just worried if I go 3 weeks without a skimmer my nutrients are gonna build pretty high and tick off my Sps lol..Welcome to Reef2Reef!
Stamper et-al indicates that carbon removes praziquantel, but they do not state the rate. Prazi is broken down by bacteria. Personally, I would play it safe and wait 8 days and dose it again, then dose it a third time after 8 additional days.
